Sander Reserve Pinot Noir

This impressive Pinot Noir Reserve shows a classic garnet shade with brick-red hues. Warm and charming aromas of dried figs, prunes and plum with a delicate raspberry and violet note. Once aired, wood smoke, leather and truffles are distinct and the palate is a pleasant marriage of dense fruit, light acidity and firmly structured tannins.
This wine is perfect with woody, earthy flavours and particularly with sweet and umani; Mushroom tart, terrines with dried fruit, roasted/poached game and fowl, with stewed or reduced sauces to balance the acidity and sharp tannins.
