We love bargain bubbles and this is great example of how to get your fizz without splashing out too much. The traditional method of fermentation was used so the mousse is ultra fine and it feels delightfully creamy. It’s vibrant on the palate, with bundles of green apples, grapefruit and lemon all bursting with flavour, and some very attractive biscuity notes in there too.
