Luscious tannins and complexity on an elegance finish. This wine is as outstanding as the label and has a limited production and availability. Selected at peak ripeness, Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have 20-30 days maceration with skin contact at a controlled 28C; followed by ageing for 10 months in French and American oak.
