This is an absolute gem of a wine. Young, fresh, dry and lively it is as refreshing as a summer breeze. The wine has very subtle green hues, lovely aromas of apple flesh and tinned lychees on the nose, it develops into full blown Conference pear flavours and lime on the palate. It is crisp and refreshing with a razor sharp finish, exactly the way a good Rueda should be.
