It’s easy to describe this wine as ‘textbook’, but that beautiful combination of minerals, gentle citrus zest and ripe acidity leads to that very conclusion! If you need classic premium Chablis it’d be hard to overlook this bottle. That mix of green apple, wet stones and lime on the nose is hard to resist, and all are nicely reflected on the palate. Very much the elegant side of Chardonnay, but a little texture is in the mix too.
